Ok, first hi; thanks if you answer but my objective is more to let a trace on the general.
my fear is justified but I can't be sure to be able of reading it ...back topic.
Last year I created an account and bought 2 old games vtmb and heroes III; today I saw cyberpunk and skyrim on sale.
Problem trying to log, mail invalid (I have 3 main mail , 2 trash ones none responsive)= lost 10 bucks...
Trouble, I really want the game but my storage are all full and not sure the sale still valid when I resolve issue, the bot is kind of...a bot.
So here I am, bought games 60 bucks sleeping on my profile, no more space for offline download (the only thing I can tolerate), afraid that when my new shiny storage able to house the game, this account would also have disappeared into the void again.
Ending clap; like I said you probably cant do nothing and I would not ask you to pray for me; whoever you are have a nice end of the year, and fun games ventures.

You have some receipts on the mail of the original account, try to search for them, once you have the mail, you could try to reset the password, if that doesn't work try to contact one of the blues.

Other case could be that you type bad your mail, in either case, the best solution is to contact the blues, provide them the different mails to show there is some resemblance with the account you lost, and probably other info they will ask you to verify the ownership of the account.

I've been here a decade and GOG has ever lost my account or removed games from my account. Well, they have removed a few games, but it was always remedied because it was a glitch or bug.
It sounds like you either can't remember which e-mail address you used, or you mistyped it. You'll need to provide some kind of proof of game ownership to recover the account. The best evidence are order receipts that you receive via e-mail and can also print as PDF from the list of orders. If you don't have those, then bank statements showing the transactions and the last 4 digits of the card used for the purchases would probably help. See the How can I recover access to my lost GOG account? support article for details.

As for opening a support ticket via chatbot, see these directions from a staff member. If you're still having trouble, try directly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com.

What I don't get: why buy two more games worth €40,- (Cyberpunk 2077 + TES V: Skyrim Special Ed.), respectively worth €59,99 (Cyberpunk 2077 + TES V: Skyrim Anniversary Ed), when you know you have no storage to download/install them right now, and they therefore will have to "sleep on (your) profile"?

Games are on sale all the time, and these two games (if downloaded together) require a whopping 130 GB...so, spending the money for these two games on a new (external) HDD instead, would have been money better spent in the long run. (a quick Google search showed a 1TB (!) Toshiba HDD available for €47,-)

In regard to your two older games on your first account: as Ice_mage said - you'll have receipts from both, GOG and your bank.
Contact GOG and present those receipts, and they'll fix that problem for you.
I was able to just walk into a store and get a 512GB flash drive for $40, and that can be used to download and store game installers. (You'll still need space on the host computer to actually install them, but this should at least save some space on your computer's internal drive.)

(Worth noting that it did come formatted as fat32; while not an issue with GOG Windows installers (because they're split into 4GB chumks, which does make it a pain to download bigger games), I did decide to reformat it as exfat so I could store bigger files, like GOG Linux installers.)
You can always try to count to 1769, that should calm your nerves.

Losing accounts i a bitch, next time try to write down your login data (and of course the password for your email adress, 2 step authentiication, you know). Ask a friend to borrow an external drive if you don't want to buy one.

Emm.. 2Tb internal or external drives cost around 40-60$

There's a trade-off.

Advantages of the flash drive over an external hard drive:
* Easy to attach; no cable involved, and don't need to worry about it dangling.
* More durable. Hard drives can be damaged if, say, you drop the drive or hit it against something hard (*especially* if it's currently in use), (Note that you could opt to use an SSD instead, but that will mean you lose the price advantage.)

Advantages over an internal drive:
* Can easily download on one computer, and install on another. (For whatever reason, wi-fi isn't completely reliable on my "big" laptop, so I can download from my Raspberry Pi.)
* Not all computers have room for an internal drive. If you have a desktop (and it's your primary computer), then adding a new internal drive isn't a problem (unless you already have a lot of storage to begin with). However, if it's a laptop or mini PC, then adding an internal drive may not be possible.

So, it does depend on your needs. If all you need is storage and don't care about portability and don't expect to be moving it much, then a hard drive is suitable, but if you do care about them, then you may need a flash drive. (Or an SSD if speed is something you are concerned about, like if you're going to use it for the OS or are using it to install games rather than just putting the installers there.)

Edit: Remembered one other thing. If you don't need that much storage, you can get a smaller USB flash drive for less; a 256GB one could be had for around $20 or so, it seems. On the other hand, they don't make hard drives at that price point, so if $40 is too much for you to spend at one time, then they're not an option.
