Otakuwolf: I did check the subforums but only the steam version of Hellmut mentions my issue and is not clear if it has ever been fixed or not, but it is something that "pops up at random" so I don't know what causes it.

As for the issues themselves, in Anger Force when you get to the last stage "weird text" starts popping around the sprites and HUD, which I also shown to a friend who is into programming, and he said are "debug commands"... Why does the game do that I don't know, but gog mentioned to know the issue and have contacted the devs while giving me a refund.

As for Hellmut, Once i get to the final stage the game simply doesen't work anymore, as my character cannot move, cannot shoot, no key seem to work at all except Shift which instead of letting me choose the "mutation" switches to a different weapon and only for once, the HUD disappears, and yet I still see sprites playing the respective animations and the music still plays.
I currently left a message in the subforum on the matter but I don't know If I'll ever get a reply at this point since the game is a couple years old too, still, I'll wait a week before asking yet another refund.

GameRager: All that seems like it must s*ck terribly. You have my condolences and I hope you can find something that works here that you will enjoy in the future. :)
Smol update: I MIGHT have found out what causes Hellmut to derp, might be either related to the game progress saving or the volume changing, or both.
I did a couple of playthorough without doing either (so straight shot playthru and never changed the volume) and the game worked.

I'm gonna experiment to see if it is either of the two things or the both of them together to trigger the bug, but still, I MIGHT have found out a solution to the problem of at least this latest game I bought, I hope that's the case ^^

Otakuwolf: Hi all

These days I bought a couple of games from gog... or better, I bought one game that I found out to be bugged in a way that makes it unplayable in the last stage, to then get refunded and buy ANOTHER game that I found out to be bugged in a way that just stops working entirely before the final boss (FYI, the two games are "Anger Force: Reloaded", and "Hellmut the Badass from Hell")

Now I'm kinda fearful that my next purchase is also going to turn out to be a buggy mess, and I tried to dig some into discussions on other platforms as well to see if any of these I'm planning to get is "broken", but haven't found anything, so If anybody of you have tried any of these already, can you let me know if they are functional or broken ?

- Speed Brawl
- My Friend Pedro
- Blazing Chrome

Thank you for the help
i f you like The witcher series i suggest buying Witcher 2 and or Witcher 3:The Wild Hunt

Good to hear. Maybe you should make a post about it in that game's subforum after you test it more so others can make use of it as well? :)
