Hi all, I downloaded Heroes V just barely. It did the intro, as well as the opening cinematic, but after that the game crashes and I'm told there is a problem....any ideas? I sent an email to GOG, but in the meantime I would appreciate any help

Another post with no information. Have you:
Installed outside windows folders (i.e. C:/mygames)
Enabled directplay
Checked your system/os is in the specifications
Checked the game subforum for others with the same problem
Made sure the right directx is installed
Don't use galaxy, run game from installed location

Tauto: Don't be such a bloody nark.
Just providing he basic steps, as he hasn't mentioned anything about his system at all. Seems to be a flood of these "I have a problem,someone solve it?" Posts, probably due to xmas sales.
