Hi. First of all, I'm not familiar with this forum, so I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.

Is there a way to submit a ticket to support without sending the dxdiag file?

Let me explain. I have one game only on GOG. It's Settlers 2 gold edition and it's what I play everytime I come to my parent's home for vacation. And here there is no internet (I have data on my phone only) , so I always play offline. Yesterday I was playing normally and then turned off the game and computer. Later I wanted to play but it never worked again. It's like the game was never installed at all.

I wanted to submit a support ticket from my phone but it requires a dxdiag file, which I can't send because of no internet on the computer.

Thanks.

If it's an Android phone, just connect it to that PC with a usb cable and copy that dxdiag file.
If iPhone: mess around with iTunes.
Hello.

Can't you connect the phone to the computer via USB cable and transfer the file onto the phone that way?

If not, find some kind of notes app to create a file named DxDiag.txt to attach to your support request. The contents of the file are irrelevant, but if you go about it this way, you should explain why the file isn't what was requested.
It requires a file, it can't know what's in it. If it wasn't a technical matter, I used to send a plain empty text file titled nope.txt :)
But of course since it is a technical matter, that dxdiag file will likely be required after all, in which case do what teceem said.
Thanks all. I'm not tech savvy, but I'll follow your advice and try to connect my phone to the computer. Cheers
I couldn't do it. So I drove to a nearby hotel to use their Wi-Fi and GOG launcher automatically updated. I was happy until the issues got worse. Now the game doesn't launch and the launcher just crashes. But I was able to submit the ticket with the dxdiag. Now I wait.

Cheers
