The way to get it is contacting the Support team: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us

As stated in the terms of use, they will try to help you to get the game running before proceeding with the refund. If you are already in contact with them and they are asking questions about the technical problems you are encountering, that's why.

Then you'd be lying to your bank and therefore you'd be committing the crime of fraud. I therefore advise you not to do that.

As for your complaint in the OP: in case you didn't know, GOG doesn't have the same kind of refund policy as Steam does. It seems like you were assuming it did, and bought a game without reading GOG's policies first.

You have to work with Support to at least try to get the game working. It will take a little while. You'll need to have patience.
If you want a 2 hour "no questions asked" window you can use Steam instead.

Can't go wrong with emperor , i suspect the mk trilogy might have been a rotten purchase .

If I had a problem and want the money back I‘d alsways answer „tried taht, but game still does not work“. After 2 or 3 mails you will get a refund.
