Ashleee: Friendly reminder: swearing excessively is not allowed on the forum :)
Noted, but(imo) anyone writing g-rated alternatives/those censoring such aren't swearing. Just my two cents.

(If it's[not allowing even pseudo swears on GOG] about good PR/getting more customers to/on GOG, I'd say there are many more pressing issues/bugs that could be fixed in the forums/site that take precedence over curtailing such things as swears/bad thoughts/etc.)

zeogold: Don't worry, I've got you a guide:
1. Click on the "support" tab to get taken to the support page.
2. Once you're at the support page, click on the "Orders and payments" part, the picture with the paper and the tinier picture.
3. Once you've done that, scroll the down and click on the "contact us" button on the bottom left.
4. Put in your email address, your Order ID (that you get from your email the company sent you or from checking your "privacy and settings" tab on GOG), put your problem as an "other", put a subject in, and explain that you want a refund (and, more importantly, WHY you want a refund - because this is G O G, where the games are DRM-free as and you could have very well scammed the out of them by downloading and asking for your money back while having the game on your computer).
5. Submit.

See? Don't be intimidated, it's not that hard.

I know we're not on good terms right now, but the reply made me chuckle and for that I +1

(Imo, as I said above, gog staff should focus more on actual forum issues and less on "naughty words"....maybe then we'd see stuff like owned games not appearing on sales for some users/other issues being ironed out quicker)
