Some of the games that pop up[ are going that fast by the time you have clicked and typed everything your either going to be lucky (if there was plenty and it was slow) or a message with an error or get charged FULL price as is whats just happened to me.

Just got charged instead of £3 odd ($4.99) i have been charged the actual full price.

I have sent in a ticket about this. Either they reduce it to the offer price or refund me in full and take the game back (Game in question Massive Chalice). Its not worth full pricetag.

You shouldn't have been charged the full price, assuming you went from the front page to checkout. I have completed pending orders quite some time after the deal had changed, and was charged the discounted price.
Support should be able to sort you out, or you can always ask for a refund, assuming you didn't download the files yet.
low rated
Got to admit they are fast, bit like the quick and the dead.
I have sent in a ticket. i was charged full price i clicked the link when the offer came up on Massive Chalice, i then entered my details and clicked buy and then when i went back to the main page the game count had not gone down and was still at 9, i then checked my e-mail and have been charged £14.99 (-0.30 from an earlier purchase) total charge £14.69 when it was on offer under £4.

I am still waiting to hear back

Nope not downloaded the files, not going to either. I have asked them to either charge teh offer price or to give me a full refund, which would be £14.69 and £0.30 back into my GoG wallet) from an earlier purchase.
And nope if i was you i would check your e-mails from purchase's made, i clicked the link on the front page when the offer came up, typed in my details and then find out i got charged full price. not very happy with the way this system works. If offers sell up (some are seconds) then you get charged full price.

yup went through the front page. Had to get credit card back out again and then fill in the details, quickly looked it over and clicked pay now which all looked right, e-mail i got says differant however, full price and full charge.

If they reinburst me the differance thats fine if not then they can do a full refund and i will buy it for steam for the same price +0.60p but i would have liked this in GoG.

Either way is fine, however they must be inunadated with e-mails as i have not heard anything back as of yet (or the very quick support was a pun).

Its happened to one or two people and they apparently are being refunded.
ok, though i have not heard anything back from the e-mail ticket i sent in over an hour ago.

OK just had an e-mail asking if i would like a cash refund (2-3 business working days to be refunded) or store credit (however store credit only there for 1 year).
Not sure if i will be purchasing that ammount within the year i opted for cash refund.

Others have said same thing has happened to them too so am least i am not the only one whose had this. I will purchase the game another time, after i have been refunded.

Patience my friend. They'll get there.
So they took a little over an hour to solve your problem and offer a refund? That's some fine customer support.

Actually it is. Amazon would have taken two days. Steam would have, well would have totally ignored him. :P

aye, some take longer, some more or less instant.

However i have had to ask if its a full refund or just the overcharge. Need to know if i will need to repurchase this game another time or (if better) the excess overpayment just gets refunded.

e-mail came as i was typing, full refund + game removal from account. Thats fine. I know not to purchase the game untill after it has been removed from my account, which = have to wait another time.

LOL steam would just place a permanent community ban on your account and think nothing to it.
Origin would actually phone you up within 20 minutes of you sending in a ticket.
Uplay are slow and amazon do take a couple of days.

Well I'm glad everything worked out. I am a GOG fanboy, but I would have shit had that happened to me.
Aye, it also puts you off making any other purchase's with this sort of system. However full refund and removal of game from account. Thats fine but i dare not buy the game if it hits offer mode again, not untill 1 it gets removed from my account 1st and 2 i receive the refund (which has been started) and will take 2-3 days.

Still, i can look out for this and other games later on (however most sites are steam based), still did get masterplan without any issue's.

It's after midnight in Poland, most of the staff is probably in bed right now.
Wow is that were they are based. Anyways everything sorted, game just vanished from my library, will wait for refund to come through and then buy it another time.
