i PUT money in the wallet, and am trying to buy a gift for my grandson, and the wallet box is checked, the gift box is checked, the email is filled in, and it won't let me click the pay now button ant the bottom Today is his birthday and I can't get the purchase !! Please help me What else do I havw to do?

Hmm, that's an odd one. I suggest you try checking the Pay with Card (or any other option) and then unchecking it, leaving only the wallet funds, to see if that works out. If still nothing, try checking out with both card and wallet checked.

An explanation could be that you try to buy an add-on or DLC for a base game that you don't have in your account.
Unfortunately this is not possible.

Since we're in the topic I would like to remind you about gifting restrictions about which you can read more in this article as that's exactly what caused the transaction not to go through.

In such cases it's always best to contact support team
