I am having trouble running Incubation in Win10 (64 bit).
Nothing realy happens at all. I have tried compabiliyt-mode but nothing have changed. Suggestions?

Is this the one that's part of Battle Isle? If so, you may want to skim the subforum for it:

I see a number of threads discussing Windows 10.

This one for example suggests making sure you have Directx9 installed. Under Windows 10 you have to set it up manually instead of installing it like we did before hand with earlier versions of Windows:
