It never hurts to look for something positive.

It's a pity that isn't a more widely held view on this forum ;)

Probably because one has to look really hard here... ;)

Nice.

Now we just need the deluxe version of a game getting marked as owned if one buys the base game and all dlc/etc, and all will be even more right with the world.

Yeah, you don’t have to go far to find negatives. It would be nice if you could buy all dlc without having to rebuy the deluxe (there is at least one you have this), or would be nice to buy a complete package and not then have to buy some more dlc (paradox) although to be fair there, it would be nice just to be able to buy a game rather than a never ending sequence of buying pieces. In terms of beamdog, you have to buy the enhanced games to get the deluxe version.

But does this work with gift codes?
Two months ago, I redeemed a code for the Deluxe Edition, yet Evan Remains on my wishlist.
Another user redeemed The Signifier Deluxe Edition, the Standard Edition was not removed from his wishlist.

Which is why I do my best to try and focus on finding the positives in life. ;)

And eh, once I buy all DLC(like if the dlc and base game is cheaper than buying the complete/deluxe versions), I don't see a need to rebuy.

Or maybe you just want the ost music and want to get the extras for $8 but no you have to buy the base game at $30 first...
Now if only GOG made a point in selling DLC super packs/complete editions.

Trust me, we've tried.

Or even a manual in at least one case.
cheers
Another nice thing of GOG, if you have bought a game and you browse the bundle sales on the main page, they show up at the very bottom and allow you to see which games you do not have for easy navigation. :)
