i don't know when this happened or why. the dlcs are still shown as "in library" when browsing the store, but the base game is not. the only thing i can download from my library however is the base game.

anyone else unable to access their neverwinter nights ee dlcs?

Yup, now that you say it, I checked and it's the same for me. Offline installers for the DLCs I bought currently don't show up in my library. :/

All mine seem to be in place, except for Dark Dreams Over Flugelstein or whatever the last recent piece of DLC for it is called, as it wasn't here when I bought the game initially.

so just to see what would happen i tried gifting myself one of the free dlcs (in this case the german extras) and it wouldn't let me do that either (because theyre obviously attached to my account already) - but i figured it was worth a shot to see what would happen.

Mine are still there.

Btw, I've had something similar happen to me before with NWN EE, when it seemed like all the DLC were there but not Tyrants of the Moonsea or anything like that. It turned out to be a glitch on the website that caused the tab to be shorter than the list of items on the left side and there was no way to scroll down. It was fixed eventually after several reloads or so. Not sure if this issue here is related to it or not.

DO NOT rely on third parties to hold your items. Offline backups!!

indeed. i was actually performing some backups which is how i noticed that in the first place. i received an email that stated it could be up to 4 weeks before they get to the issue due to historically high volume of tickets.

so it's not really my ideal solution, but i installed galaxy to use as a makeshift gog downloader for the time being. i'll still turn it off in the background when i'm not downloading offline backups but it was a surprisingly smooth and clean process (and yes, all the files were indeed there).

Maybe that’s it, just another tactic to get us to instal the galaxy client.

Thankfully everything is there for me.

I do have the DLCs available for download, however just like everybody else, the base game isn't marked as owned. I contacted support, and they said that the current Neverwinter entry in GOG's catalog is separate from the old one(the one that I purchased), and even though they are identical, there's nothing support can do to fix the issue. :(
