MadalinStroe: I contacted support, and they said that the current Neverwinter entry in GOG's catalog is separate from the old one(the one that I purchased), and even though they are identical, there's nothing support can do to fix the issue. :(
This doesn't seem surprising given how they handle games with "deluxe" upgrades. In practice, one would assume that buying the game and the upgrade would then make it the "deluxe" entry, marking all existing store items owned but under the current system of "force banana through stapler to peel efficiently", you don't get that sane outcome. I guess with Neverwinter Nights, since the company is still rolling out DLC, each time it comes out with another, it invalidates (in a loose usage of the word) the previous purchase that didn't include the most recent DLC shoehorned into it.
Did you mean the newest DLCs? There were one or two released for it of late. Perhaps that might have triggered the mishap in GOG's cataloguing.

Luckily, mine is still working as intended. Thank you for alerting us, fortune_p_dawg.

I have an issue where I bought the complete edition before the last DLC, but when I browse the store it no longer shows me owning the base game. I do own it, but the version I own is no longer sold, so it doesn't count. I thought maybe this was the root of your problem, but all my DLCs show fine so I don't know.
I also had the issue that Stinging Velvet mentions and i own the base game and all DLCs aside from the newest one that I purchased last night but it wouldn't update my game with the last DLC (not even after a Repair) and I had to manually download the last DLC and install it separately before it showed up in Nwn Enhanced Edition.
My DLCs are in library.

I have the same issue. Bought Deluxe edition previously too.
But GOG decided to include newly released DLCs to Deluxe edition, so now i do not own Deluxe edition, and GOG's store shows that i do not own NWN EE base game as well (although i have it in library, and all DLCs of the 'old' Deluxe edition).

so it seems i was able to fix the issue by cycling through the "system" tab and then the "language" tab. seemed to refresh things when doing the normal account/refresh thing wouldn't. i don't know why that changed things but it did, now all my dlc's are back! yay

my bad i suppose.

The thing is, that I think that this case is unprecedented. I bough the "Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition Digital Deluxe Edition" version, which was a collection containing everything. Then Beamdog released additional DLC, and a new "Digital Deluxe Edition", again a collection containing all the content. And GOG just made the old version unavailable in sthe store and replaced it with the new version.

And now, I stuck having most of the DLC marked as owned, but the base game is NOT owned. I can install the game and the DLC, and I can buy all the individual new pieces of DLC, but I'm still getting recommended the base game every sale. :(

Personally I've never heard of something similar here on GOG, or any other store.

How is this your bad?

Anyway, good to know you managed to fix it, although it doesn't seem to work for me. When I switch to Mac, all the DLCs are there, but on Windows and Linux, it's just the main game and, curiously, Italian Extras, no matter what languages I cycle through.

EDIT: No, wait, now the Premium modules are back on WIndows/English, but all the language extras are missing.

2nd EDIT: Ok, the language extras are now to be found under the according language tabs, rather than everywhere, as before. Looks like GOG moved them there and messed up some things in the process. I guess it's now fixed on my end, too.

It doesn't involve DLC, but Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics were cloned once.

At one point, GOG lost the rights so they were delisted. When it came time to list it again, GOG didn't have the rights to all of the bonuses, so it was relisted as a separate game.

The originals got a "Classic" suffix, but the store has no concept that the two versions are the same game.

that is exactly the same experience i had. glad yours is fixed as well.
Thanks for your trick.

Had same problem, all extras missing, only italien extras showing.

Clicking through all languages and (important!) systems from PC to Mac to Linux back to Mac back to PC solved the problem. Man, how have they messed up so much in such a short time? :(

i can't really blame them too much. id wager to think that a fair chunk of the gog staff is working from home with a skeleton crew popping into the office on occasion. everything is a bit scattershot right now. i could be wrong though.

Btw, this still happens to me whenever I access the game in the library now. It's fixed by quickly switching to another language, then back to English, but I have to do it every single time. :/
