I tried to gift a game to a friend, I tried twice to buy a game the oney was taken from my account but the game was never recieved by my friend. How do I get a refund for the money that was taken out?

Find the orders you made there and initiate the refund process by using the drop down box's Contact Support link.

If it did go through on your end, and you still want to gift it, go to your orders page and you’ll find the gift code which you can give to your friend to redeem here.
