When I click play, it just says syncing cloud saves and then nothing happens. Had this happened to anyone? and was there a simple fix? I already tried reinstalling it.

Sounds like a conflict with an old installation or something.

You could try disable the cloud saves, start the game then enable it again.

Already tried starting it without Galaxy?
This sometimes does the trick as well.
