I have recently bought the game on a recent SALE. Game was sold with a lot of DLCs, but non of DLCs works for me.
I have installed the game and when i run it and press DLC button i have only Tournament available. Other DLC are grayed out. (You have to install the DLC).
So I have tried installing them from stand alone files downloaded from GOG. From Galaxy i chose Bonus Material and download DLC and run them. No change in mater.
I have also tried activate DLC in game settings in GOG Galaxy. DLC were downloaded and installed but I cant run them in game.
I tried installing HD textures and sound but I dosen’t work also. Option for HD is unavailable in graphics settings.

Any one knows how install DLCs?

Seems to be a common problem, I don't have the game to test it myself, but try this:
1- Download the offline installers of the base game and the DLCs from here gog.com/account.
2- Uninstall the game from Galaxy and close it.
3- Install the game and the DLCs.
4- Launch the game from the desktop shortcut and see if that worked.
5- In case it doesn't, then try again, but this time try to start a New Game before install the DLCs.

Sorry for the delay. I finally did as You advised.
Uninstall game from Galaxy install form stand alone files.
There is no change in game behavior. No DLC available in game.
I have also run the game first then install DLC no change.
I run the game from desktop shortcut. No game in Galaxy.

Then the best advice is to contact Support both from GOG and Warhorese, for what I found this is something that happen on all platforms XBOX, PS and PC across all the stores, seems to be something related to the register of the system, but that is beyond my knowledge, and nobody posted the solution.

The game as well as all the DLC work fine for me. The DLC also show up as installed on the DLC tab in-game.

I used the offline installer and installed the game and all the DLC from them.

Where did you install the game? I hope you didn't install it under \Program Files or \Program Files (x86). Newer Windows versions like to have a tight grip on everything in these directories and it wouldn't surprise me if Windows interfered with the DLC installation.

Make a new directory like \games where you install all your games if you haven't already.

Another thing you can try is to switch off security software like virus killers during installation and starting the installers as administrator (right click -> run as administrator).

GOG Installers request elevated rights (admin) anyway, no need to start them as admin from the beginning. They have write access to all directories (except those reserved for the system 'user') anyway, won't even start if they don't get granted these rights.



Could it be that the OP installed the game twice in different locations? One with the DLCs installed, one without?

I have separate SSD Hard drive for big games. In game directory i see files for DLC like separate unninstal files for different DLC and also in Data directory I have files for DLCs. It looks like there is a problem with configuration files or sometching.
I have send a support ticket but right now it take ages to get an ansver.

I too have use two disks.
But if you find DLCs and Game data in different directories, you did something wrong when installing them.
DLCs must always - without exception - be installed into the game directory.

It would be best if you uninstalled the game completely, then manually remove all remains of the game on both disks and then reinstall.

DLC and game data are same directory. I install game from stand alone installler. I check game directory and after instaling DLC a have new files in Game directory so everything looks ok . Game files and DLC files are in the same folders after install so it is ok.

Please add following files (and their folders as well as the entire GALAXY installation folder) to both your antivirus and firewall trusted/exception list:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GALAXYClient.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GALAXYClientService.exe
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\GALAXY\redists\GALAXYCommunication.exe

Make sure to restart GOG GALAXY after following above.
Simply click on the Cogwheel icon on the top left side and select "Exit".

Some Users reported that having the "Scan secure connection" enabled in their security software was causing this issue, this option can also be called scan SSL/TLS connections - make sure to disable it.

I faced the same problem. What helped was completely deleting the “cache” folder along the path My computer/C/users/Great_Russian/Saved Games/kingdomcome/shaders/cashe

Resurrecting the thread to say that this worked for me. I didn't try any of the other steps discussed above before this, just "verify/repair," which did not work. After deleting the cache file I started the game and still didn't have my DLC, but after closing the game GOG started a download which evidently was the DLC since it was available on restarting the game. Thanks!
