Do you like the latest goodie pack? Would you like to see this kind of giveaways more often?

I haven’t looked at 2 yet, but 1 was nice. I had most bits from full versions of the individual games, however it was nice to top those off. Would be nice to get some further soundtracks to games owned, it’s not something I would generally buy separately.

So thank you for the giveaways.

To be completely blunt, the goodies I'm interested in are from games I'm interested in and own on other platforms since before, thus it creates less incentive for me to buy the game here down the line. Even if I do appreciate the generosity, it might decrease some motivation to buy it here.

Not all motivation disappears though, DRM-free is still the main attraction, just thought the honesty might be helpful.

Actually not so much, sorry :(

I rarely bother with soundtracks and never look at artbooks. That you're giving those things away is nice of you, though. The only soundtrack I can think of that I'd want is from the original Homeworld but the complete one hasn't been available in decades, as far as I know.

Free soundtracks get thumbs up from me.

I'd much rather see indie games. Goodie packs are pretty useless if you don't own any of the games.

Honestly these are nice but feel minor or even forgettable, especially if the goodies are for games I don't have or don't really care about or even play. I acquired all the extra bundles but haven't bothered checking the content (honestly can't even remember what they were for).

this type of thing can be easily overlooked since other sites have been giving out more free games which would be greater interest to people.
I actually wasn't interested in any of the goodie packs. *shrug*

I like the goodies, but tbh I would rather have them linked to the individual games. Much easier to managed automatically

To be honest, I am not interested in these. I'm not complaining, you can decide what you want to give away, I have just ignored them.

It's a good "side" giveaway, but I think it's a bit useless if you don't own the games themselves. It' a bit like watching bonus dvd from a film I never watched !

I like the goodie packs but as another user said, I would prefer they be tied into the games. I'm not sure how that would be done on a technical level, but it is easier to organize on the user end of things. In other words, instead of an entry in our library for "Goodie Pack #2", the goodies would be applied to each game (so the artbook for Pathfinder would be in the library page for Pathfinder, the soundtrack for NN:EE would be in that library page, etc).

It would also be very cool if we could click what we want to add, and not have stuff we don't want. For example, if I only wanted the artbook for Pathfinder, but none of the other goodies, it would be cool if that was possible. However, I understand the value of bundling them all together to try and generate interest in checking out games a user may not (yet) have in their library.

Lastly, kind of a different angle: I would prefer more effort on beefing up goodies from the past. It is my understanding that the old Fallout games used to have goodies bundled with them, but no longer have them. I realize this may be stuff that has to be negotiated, etc, but just offering it as feedback of something I'd want. I think GOG can provide a better service than other stores by giving us a "complete experience" offline, like how PC games used to have such extras as part of their retail boxes.
It is always a nice gesture to give something away for free to customers, so from this perspective, thank you GOG.

But, I will agree with many previous comments.

If these goodies come from games that I like, there's a big probability I already own them because I got the game on GOG too.

If these goodies come from games I am not interested in, well... how could I appreciate the bonus stuff without even knowing anything about the game?

I think the only people actually gaining something would be owners / fans of the related games, who own the base games but did not get the extras (e.g. DLC's or collector's upgrades).

(Did I say thank you for Mable and the Wood? Thank you!)
