Amazing. I believe this is the first falcom game after trails from azure to have in-game achievements.

Okay, another deleayed update from my side - sorry about that.
I'd like to add that I really appreciate every addition to the list so if I don't add new games immediately it does not mean that I don't appreciate it - I am probably just lazy and playing some games instead.
That being said: Thanks to Hustlefan, alexandros050, Lone:Scout, mk47at and eric5h5 for the latest additions.
List should now be up to date again :)

Metal Slug Tactics has in-game achievements.
It took me some time to discover how to display them, anyway.
When starting a new run, you can find them in the barracks (Margaret's) menu, under each character's overview.
