It's still not clear what is considered "rediculously powerful" compared to just powerful.

So far I can offer just one suggestion - Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (or any other Dragon Ball Z game for that matter). It's based on anime where characters are as ridiculously powerful as you can imagine.
First thing that came to mind is the old Amiga game Walker (https://www.mobygames.com/game/amiga/walker) (longplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UaNEml45ZL8) although the namesake walker is not a character per se... but if that fits somehow you might consider Shogo (currently on sale too!).

well, DBZ characters are "ridiculously powerful" since they can create energy blasts that can destroy at least mountains.
