Greetings! I have come again, seeking your aid. I've been looking for a while now, but cannot find this game.
I'm not sure about what OS I used back then. Might have been Windows 95, 98 or maybe XP. Only thing I'm sure about is that it's quite old.
The game itself was about a balloon... Or maybe multiple balloons. Anyway, you controlled one of them and tried to navigate maze-like levels filled with things, some to help, most to harm. I think there were fans that would blow you around and I think that maybe you could try to bump into and occupy them, causing the balloon to get bigger and bigger. (Not sure if it was the fans themselves or something else that caused the balloon to inflate)
Damage would lead to the balloon getting smaller, which I believe sometimes was needed to get past tighter spots. I think some of the 'enemies' were fast traveling darts, but this so cliche that I might be imagining things.
The balloons also looked interesting, if I remember correctly, having this... Speckled texture to them.
Thank you, in advance!
