Support doesn't usually work weekends. InXile released multiple patches for Bard's Tale 4 on Fridays, after Polish offices were closed, and every time, we had to wait till Monday for the patch to get approved, and it took most of the day.

I love Brian Fargo to death, but his company, which is well known for working WITH gog, doesn't even get the patching right.
