Never preordered anything there, but it's where I get 90 % of my non-bundle Steam Keys. Never ever had a hiccup. Only one time the keys didn't seem to activate. Contacted support and they said there shouldn't be any problem so I retried and voilá, I had the games on my account.
Really excellent store if you ask me.
I totally forgot I had some old gift card credit left on my Amazon account from... two Christmases ago? That's pretty telling how often I order stuff from Amazon. ;) Anyway, with that discount and the credit I'll only pay around $30. Nice. :)

foxworks: Flipping disaster. My entire February Monthly keys were botched and couldn't be redeemed. It took nearly a month to get it all sorted out because, you know, their award winning support. :eye roll:
ouch - maybe i should try redeeming my last monthlies keys as well then and not wait until i want to play the games just to see if the keys are botched :D

If you ever plan to play them, always a good rule of thumb to redeem them before you wait. It'll make it that much harder to get issued a new key if something goes wrong. ;-)

And to clarify the issue, I created gift links of the games I already had (instead of steam keys). Each gift link I distributed was reporting "already redeemed", which wasn't the case. The back and forth with support was painful to get each game figured out.
