Even in the most troubled times, humankind keeps looking up to the stars. That’s why this Midweek Sale on GOG.COM features great discounted and DRM-free games set in space. Here are some prime examples:

Homeworld® Remastered Collection (-85%) is the epic space strategy game that redefined the RTS genre. Control your fleet and build an armada across more than 30 single-player missions.

Master of Orion 3 (-50%) is a multilayered strategy game that lets you lead one of 16 different races into unequaled galactic supremacy and face a universe of decisions.

Wing Commander ®: Privateer ™ (-75%) is an open-ended game that gives you the chance to become a space merchant, a smuggler, a pirate or a professional mercenary.

This Midweek Sale on GOG.COM will end on 4th April, 1 PM UTC.

JoshoB: Unfortunately, Offworld Trading Company and Sins of a Solar Empire are lacking the latest updates and the latest DLC. You can get them on other stores, but they're not supported here.

It's weird, because all other Stardock games are up-to-date and have all the DLC on GOG. I suppose that it's the developers (Mohawk and Ironclad) who decided they don't want to go through the hassle of supporting their GOG customers.
That isn't right. Sins, being one of my favored games, needs to have its updates and new DLC here on GOG, my preferred platform. I may have it all on Steam already, but I need my DRM-free collection! It's incomplete here in my GOG Library, as it is.

Nice sale! I have a lot of these already because it's obviously a genre I like - but for someone on the fence that's a good collection of games right there.

IronArcturus: Has anyone tried that Objects in Space game?
I am ALWAYS tempted to grab this one but I know I won't do it until I'm ready to fully dive down the rabbit hole and buy some Ardunio (spelling?) sets on Amazon and practice a little home construction and DYI.

I *really* want to build out a ridiculous control setup for it and want to make sure I'm ready to do that before I jump in.

My friend, I'm sorry.

I was talking about "Endless Space 2" and not "Dead Space 2". Therefor I have no idea about devs and their plans on releasing the game here. :|

EA doesn't seem to be too different regading DS2. The 3rd installment of the series AFAIK, it's a pay to play - lootboxes disaster they can keep to themselves.
