I wonder if anyone has brought this to the attention of Blues? Because while I would consider such a solemn duty, I'm frankly not on their good side, and I'd rather not wait three moons for a response in the first place.

Eh, pretty sure they don't care. And if they only transferred those with over 1000 votes and I recall some earlier interviews where they mentioned approaching rightsholders for all with over 500, it may be safely assumed that they don't look at those with few votes, so as long as these entries stay in that range they're for practical purposes irrelevant.
Now if one would gather a lot of votes, maybe even through some campaign by users to attract attention to the problem, it may be a little different, but somehow I doubt it even then, and doubt the fact that enough users would rally to anything and make that happen in the first place.

Their not caring would be best explained in a transparent post how they don't care. I know that's counterintuitive, but I'm frankly a bit tired of the opaqueness of the staff at times.
