I've got Miitomo to work in Poland with a British NNID, Google account locked to UK Play Store and a VPN.

Yea, I heard that it's possible, but it's pain that we have to do things like that. What's the point to region lock that app anyway?
I will just wait (hopefully I will be able to get Wario Ware with just platinum coins) as I don't feel like playing with region change.

Are you on Android? You can get the Miitomo APK file from here:

Unfortunately, if your NNID is set to Poland, the app might not work. But you can always try.
