Solved: it's "Get Even"

It's a strange first person horror/puzzle/shooter mix. At least 3 years old.
Also you use a camcorder. (No, I don't mean Outlast)

No. It's more realistic. Looks a little bit like Comdemned Criminal Origins.
It was tested by gaming magazines and afaik praised for it's narrative.

Only FPS in that genre that I can think of with a recording device is Condemned: Criminal Origins and its sequel, though that is much older than 3 years.

No. But the visuals are quite similar.
I think you can have a gun at some point. At least thats what I remember from screenshots.

Maybe it's no camcorder but a smartphone or sth.
