Wasn't it supposed to be a gaming streaming service?
What is this then? Another -second hand store- DOA?
Anyone from Poland to provide some inputs?
What do you gogers think about this?

...
The streaming platform just announced that Polish subscribers can now test out Netflix’s mobile gaming on Android.
...
After all, the two existing games currently on the platform are Stranger Things 3 and Stranger Things: 1984.
...
These games were already released on Android, but since then have vanished from the Play Store. Now, they will be available to Polish Netflix subscribers to play on mobile Android devices. The costs of these games are also included in the subscription fee, so there will be no additional fees to enjoy the new gaming platform feature.

I guess this Stranger Things thing or whatever it is was pulled so they can make it "mobile" streaming only or perhaps i'm wrong but i'm sure i wouldn't want to touch any of this shit with a ten foot pole.

Why not just use Valve's "Scheme" client? Sure, there isn't a flat monthly fee, but it seems to me it is all about renting digital-only content. To me a rental is a rental is a rental. I come to GOG to buy DRM-free offline installers of what I consider big releases. Due to the path forged by Scheme, and by Netflix not long after, such releases are in short supply because the masses seem to be okay with just, effectively, renting everything. Try to divorce from such services.
I think streaming games for a super mainstream audience absolutely has a future, but it will never be anything like Fortnite, Mortal Kombat or Call of Duty or whatever. It will be stuff like Telltale's Walking Dead. That would probably be very successful on a Netflix type service.

Yeah me neither! I didn't even stand 1 episode of Stranger Things series.
What sounds strange and fascinating to me is how G will react to this
I don't exactly expect this venture to be a grand slam, it seems most people trying to run a game streaming service don't get the idea that we don't want subpar adventure games or games older than the NES. Of course, that would lead to Nintendo Switch Online, but that is/was tied to one of the world's most awful online infrastructures.

But of course then the onus becomes, are there enough people who'd want to play TG16/Mega Drive/DOS games to make endeavors worthwhile?
