Well drmike I was going to ask you if you knew of an email address that I could just ask a question that wasn't security related. But then I thought I should at least check the front page. And sure enough at the bottom of the front page was a "Contact Us" button.

So I did all that but the thing is it appeared identical to starting a support ticket. So I may have created a support ticket just to ask them a question. LOL.
