It's been 4 days that I've submitted a refund request and no-one has the decency to answer me all I got was an automated answer that asked me to precise if I wanted a wallet refund even though I already specified that I did NOT want a wallet refund but a PAYPAL refund.

Reply to the automated email and repeat that you want a refund back to Paypal and it'll be directed to the support team's inbox.

Your money will be refunded after the advised time. When completed, probably you will receibe an mail informing about it.

Wallet refund might take 24 hours maximum, other methods might take up to 30 days maximum. The average use to be much less. One or few hors for the former, six or seven days for the latter.
