Bethesda and GOG, where are the Commander Keen games and why are those still not on GOG yet?

Keens 1 - 5 are fully available on Steam, so what's the excuse?

At least with Keen 6: Aliens Ate My Babysitter, that game has weird rights issues, last I checked.
