my name is grompy catte: It's got lots of games from the smaller Japanese developers (Falcom, etc.) but probably only because of localisation publishers like Xseed and so on. The big Japanese companies that self publish their games internationally (Square Enix, Sega) don't seem to be interested for some reason. They're happy to give us things they publish, but not things they've developed themselves.
My guess is that the catalogues are administered separately and it's a "one hand doesn't know what the other is doing" type of situation.
I hope now we have Sega we might see some of the Total War games.

Tokyo_Bunny_8990: Total War would be awesome to see here, especially without denuvo. Not even the new stuff, just the classics like Shogun or Rome.

Square Enix is weird. They removed Denuvo from many of their published games after they have been cracked (the new Tomb Raiders, Nier series, Life is Strange) but havent released them here. Nier would be nice here as well as the other two Tomb Raiders. I can see why they dont release the Final Fantasies here though. FF and DQ are Square's crown jewels. Even Kingdom Hearts has online authentication on Epic.
Aren't Sony's games on Steam Denuvo-free also? Bethesda removed Denuvo from Wolfenstein: Youngblood many months ago and despite the games' poor reviews, I think GOG would bring it here if they could. (Maybe for Quakecon, though I suspect most of us would much prefer original Doom 3 over that :P)
I'd sure like to see Condemned and the 2010 AvP here. Both banned in Germany, but as we all know, there are ways to get them. ;)

I hear that AvP 2010 is really good, never play it, so if it comes here it will be a good opportunity to play it.

It was trash but then Colonial Marines came out and even AvP was looking great in comparison.

Do you mean the Playstation for PC games (Days Gone, God of War, etc.)?

Yes they are and still are as far as I know. Steam has their basic launcher DRM but Epic is completely DRM-free as of now as far as I know. If you dont consider steam wrapper DRM, then it is DRM free as well by that definition.

I would still prefer they come to GOG since they would mean that they also come with offline installers and there is no guarantee that the Epic versions will remain completely DRM-free in the future as well. Sony hasnt looked at GOG again after Horizon Zero Dawn so Im not sure we are getting their new entries on GOG though.

Yes, its not unheard of for developers to remove denuvo once the denuvo has been cracked, this not being a big issue due to the fact that most sales are made within the first couple of months anyway so denuvo has done its job so to speak. It would be nice for these developers to then release their DRM-free versions on GOG to give users who want DRM-free versions a chance to buy them and possibly double-dip in the process. Might be too much work for too little money for them though.
Which are the chances for Two Point Campus, HUMANKIND?

It's alright. Not great, especially compared to AvP 2, but I think it's a decent enough Unreal 3 shooter.

I don't know, at this point eventually, some month ago nobody believe that SEGA would bring games to GOG, and now we have two and one more confirmed.

Then chances, fingers crossed.
As much as I want to say I hope this means that Shining in the Darkness, Shining Force 1 & 2, Phantasy Star and all the Atlus games will show up on GOG....

What I really need in my life is Yakuza 6: The Song of Life just for that cat cafe.
Hopefully the older Total War games would be released here on GOG seeing that they're not from Japan and that there's already Alien: Isolation that comes from the same developer.
Definitely would like to see Condemned. Alpha Protocol is another off the top of my head.

Shame Condemned 2 never got ported to PC. It's one of a very short list of games I really wish weren't console exclusive, along with The Darkness and the Killzone games.

Alpha Protocol was removed from Steam due to music licensing issues. Hasnt been restored on Steam even now so not sure they can sell it on GOG even if they wanted to.

Somebody somewhere would have to make the effort to remove "Turn Up the Radio" from the game first, I suppose. >_> It's unlikely that Obsidian or Sega will ever touch it again, though. :(

If we're going to have the TP Hospital, I don't see why not TP Campus.
I think the more interesting question would be when, months from now? Years?
