It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Some reason the offline installer section isn't opening for me. This just started today, right now in fact.

I had 2 update flags and went to each game to see what was updated. But the loading cursor (mouse pointer) is just spinning endlessly without opening that section.

I just wanted to post to see if this was just an issue with me or was this happening to others? (From a quick look, I didn't see any other threads about this)
.
No issues here
Works here too.

Might try clearing your cached data or using Ctrl+F5 (Should reload and force reloading all elements)
It's working for me. I'm also sitting in the slow spot in my house where downloading takes three times as long and pages load slower.

Slow or not doesn't matter, it sounds like a scripting issue which is happening on his end. Which is likely either

a) a site script is blocked that shouldn't be (gog.com and gog-statics.com are the only two needed it seems)
b) browser is not compatible (maybe it identifies as Firefox but is another type and specific browser scripts aren't working, phone browsers come to mind)
c) some cached or changed API/script that is not calling correctly since all the files aren't synced at the same time

I'm sure there's other possibilities, broken connection, can't reach IP address to get data, DNS issues, etc.

You might kick it, turn it off and on again, clear caches, reboot, etc and see if the problem goes away.

Okay....
Everything is working fine today. Whatever it was must have been on my side.

Yay! The 'wait until it starts working' approach...

Only staff can alter the title of an existing topic, and I don't know if even they can change a regular topic into a "question/problem" topic (or vice versa).

Logically it's just a flag, and a single entry for a post number to identify which was 'solved'. Or maybe you could get away with an int, where 0 is no question, -1 means question (unresolved), and post number = solved.

Just depends on how they implement it.

Though looking at it is no longer a question, safe to say it was altered.

Yep, it would be down to what options the forum software provides, and especially what is available to MODS or a SUPERMOD and not ADMIN, who likely wouldn't bother changing anything or even be aware of it.

I have read several times now that GOG themselves supposedly created the forum software, and some aspects have reputedly never been fully finished. I do have my doubts about that, as I have seen a few sites that have similar looking software ... IndieGala for one.

Indeed.

I don't think I can mark it since the thread wasn't setup as a question. I'll have to make sure to set it up as a question next time.

Also, I didn't have much of a chance to read the replies before it was already resolved.
