Hello, so I just finished writing a ticket to support and I just need to ask, is it possible for GOG to help me on my demand when it is not my fault I was getting „order failed, check your credit card, daily limit, contact your bank etc.“ (all of it was fine btw, I do not know what the problem was) nonstop. I wanted to buy several games in time of spring sale but I couldn't because of this.. error. The games were: Dragon Age Origins, Serious Sam The First and Second Encounter, Worms: Armaggedon, Fallout, Saints Row III and IV, Assassin's Creed and Trine 2. I just don't know what was wrong and I really hope this will work out.. I mean I will get my games, fairly for the spring sale price, they will get the money and everyone will be happy. I had plans with my friends to play multiplayer in some of the games, but I can't efford to buy them now for more than 100 €! What do you guys think about this? Thanks!

„Hello there! First of all this is deffinetily one of the best sites to buy games from, thank you for all your work. Here is the thing. Few hours before the spring sale ended, I wanted to buy few games in my basket, there ware like 9/10 of them. I had all the money on my credit card, everything was my fine, my daily limit is very high and was not reached, but it kept telling me it isn't possible and to contact my bank and check my credit card info. I tried using a different credit card, same problem.. I checked the forums and in the past some poeple also had this problem but you fixed it after some short period of time. But unfortunetely, now I couldn't afford the games while they were on sale, and I can't buy them now, I can't afford that. So what I am asking you is if you could just get on spring sale a little longer or if you could somehow solve this problem with so I can have the selected games? I really want to buy them and I have plans with my friend to play multiplayer in some of them. I couldn't buy them earlier because I had just 175 CZK on my card and I spent that on Unreal Tournament 2004 and Broforce. It was Sunday, and that for me here means that I must wait until Monday for my money from work (I am a musician) to come. So all I am asking you is please, help me figure this out, I know it's a lot to ask for, but it is really not my fault.. Thank you very much.“
