So, I know this is technically a double post, but I REALLY want to see this thing backed! (The devs have already said they'll put on GOG if it's backed).

Here are direct links to the teaser:

64 bit

32 bit

64 Bit VR Build

Here's the kickstarter:

The Playable Trailer is for Windows only, but there are backers-only builds for Linux and Mac as well (I believe they'll be released after more testing).

To anyone who's ever been at all interested in Descent, PLEASE back this game! It's flipping amazing!!

Are you the same guy who misspelt Overload as Overlord?
Lol! I've done that a couple times. I don't know if I've done that here on GOG or not ;)
I've decided to add direct links to the teaser so anyone interested can try it out:

64 bit

32 bit

There's only 48 hours to go, so please try it out and back! :)
Updated original post with the new VR build :)
Overload has been given a May 31 release date. Hoo boy! I'm so looking forward to this as the teaser proved it's the only other 6 DoF shooter that actually feels like Descent, i.e. fluid action. It's really just a continuation of the old games, with the added plus of much better looks and even smoother gameplay.

They have also updated the teaser/demo again for those who like to give it a try. ;)

I'll be buying this the minute it shows up on GOG. I hope its release goes more smoothly than for Descent: Underground, though. I bought that in development, which turned out to be a total waste. Since it was pulled from GOG, they're still begging money and still in 'advanced play-testing' a year later.
