Sonnyboy1205: Whenever I try to purchase something, I get the error "Your payment status could not be verified due to temporary technical issues. Is there a way to fix this? I have written to support but they have not responded.
Support might be delayed with too many tickets. Some advice:
It might be the new 3d payment method GOG implemented. Did you cvheck with your bank or CC company whose payment method you are using to make sure gog is whitelisted for all future purchases oe to ask if they need you to verify the site in order to buy here due to gog's new payment verification scheme?
If none of that works and support doesn't reply try paypal/paysafecard/some other method if possible and let us know how it goes. Or you could find a blue(staffer) here and PM them via the chat/PM system. They are usually found in threads with the star/exclamation point next to their page counts/titles in the forum listings and one can PM them from any post they make.
