AB2012: The best you can do is look at tech sites that include the "relative performance" chart of your GPU:-

Even some of the slowest GPU's that require no power connector at all (eg, 75w GTX 1650 / RX 6400) is more than double the speed of your 65w WX 3100 but still available in tiny single-fan ITX versions. A typical "low-end" GPU that's still fairly low wattage, eg, 120w RX 6600 will be +4-5x the speed and 2x the VRAM vs what you have now and will still run cool & quiet under load.
Good show, but as in the image I'm about to upload, I don't exactly have a spacious interior. The height isn't the problem per se, but rather that of spacing.

If you're in any doubt go for a single fan ITX model. They're usually 17-20cm length. Examples for size:-

For perspective, Mini-ITX motherboards are 17cm depth and MATX / ATX are 24cm depth. The screw holes below and in line with the blue PCI-e socket in your image typically match up with where a 17-24cm GPU would end (and they are all dual-slot). Keep it under 21cm and you should avoid that USB 3.0 header + at least 2x of the SATA's altogether. Under 19cm and it shouldn't interfere with anything.
