Did you just read the articles, or did you actually EMAIL tech support by clicking the subtle "contact us" button at the bottom of the page? You sound like you just skimmed a few articles and then gave up, deciding to blame GOG when the problem is quite likely to be something involving your computer, given that you say "several" games don't work.
