Hey guys, new to all this and don't want to bother the devs but can anyone tell me if I can play PlayStation games through GOG galaxy on pc?

I have grown up an Xbox player, now have been gaming on pc for over a year but have been debating getting a PS as they have a few exclusive titles that I'd love to play, one of them being Spiderman 2018 but after a bit of research, it doesn't seem to be on GOG but I ask this question as I see 'Ghost of Tsushima' on GOG, which happens to be a PlayStation exclusive, I also see Uncharted 4, I know this game is coming to pc anyway but would just like to know if we can play PlayStation games on PC via GOG Galaxy.

No. PlayStation games on pc are provided only (legally) via ps now streaming.
GOG galaxy is nothing more than a thin veneer over what you have already. So if you have an epic game, galaxy can launch that game, but it would so in the same way you launch the game without galaxy, I.e. with epic launcher.
Ghost of tushinima is not “on GOG”. GOG is a store selling games, but that is not one of them. Sometimes devs port the game to pc and it may be that one day that will arrive on GOG.
If you are happy with consoles, I happily recommend PS as I have had multiples of each iteration specifically only for the games you can’t get on PC. So be aware though that a lot of the PlayStation exclusives are now being ported to PC. And with PC you encompass all gaming across the ages, with far more options, better graphics and input devices etc. But for that you will pay more in purchase price and your time for learning how to do things.
