Whats the best way to find, point and click games to play ? with out the use of the key board or game controller, just using a mouse or track ball ?

Mouse only, of course. That's what Point & Click is all about.

I'm assuming the OP is looking for any kind of games to play with mouse only, not necessarily just point & click adventures. GOG's use of the label Point and Click may be misleading in this regard; I'm not sure if the best way to play games like Night in the Woods, Oxenfree, or The Wolf Among Us is with mouse.
