mqstout: Thanks! Dolphin does indeed have it according to screen shots. Sadly, the Windows compile of Dolphin does not, or at least not without extra hoops. :(
Yeah, but I feel like that's more a Windows problem than a compilation problem.

Oh, no doubt. I don't think Windows allows integrated terminals. It might allow it only via a "windows appearing together" hack. I'll look for more details some other time though.

hummer010: That's fair. I spend half my time with terminal based apps, and half my time with GUI apps. I've had countless python scripts that I've edited in Atom that have a :w somewhere in them because of the muscle memory of :w saves a file in Vim.
I was born after the holy wars, into an era where even Fedora has switched from Vi to Nano.
On Linux, Midnight Commander. It's nice that I can use the same one remotely through SSH.

On Windows, Total Commander. Easily worth the price tag.

When I'm editing files in a project folder, I usually reach for Ctrl+P. Same shortcut in VSCode and my local Vim.

If editing files not in a project folder, there's always good old :Sex

No, to use up all the space for useless stuff, just install Gnome & Flatpack. You'll be out of space before you even know where all the RAM has gone.
