I have that game if I recall the way to fix that right is to disable the game overlay .. Because for some reason if I am thinking of the specific game proper it seems to hate overlays and thus prevents it launch when a overlay is active

That error message is all wonky because your PC can't recognize that language without having that language enabled on Windows. It's probably Japanese and you are probably missing a critical system file. I have no issues launching this game on the Dec 1, 2017 version installed through Galaxy on Windows 10.

I'd suggest launching the game to test after every step. Theoretically, #1-3 should work. #4 if that fails. And #5-6 if you know what you're doing and don't mind fiddling around with that before contacting support.

1. Disable any antivirus you have
2. Uninstall and reinstall the offline installer
3. Uninstall the game and reinstall it through Galaxy (understandably, not the ideal solution)
4. Contacting GOG Support
5. Reinstall DirectX June 2010 Runtimes
6. Install MS VC++ 2015-2019 Redistributable here (depending on your OS)
I have resolve my problem
It was my anti-virus that detected a fake virus

He didn't warn me at first, for some reason, but when he threw it for the umpteenth time, he warned me that he had done it (I had to add a permission to the file concerned, because even deactivated, it was blocked)

Anyway, thank you, for helped me for resolve this problem !
