This topic is not primarily for game Wishes/Dreams, though I'm not going to say "don't post those here" or anything -- particularly if such posts help keep the thread alive! But there already are or have been various other topics (like this one) specifically for trying to solicit votes for games -- plus, the games-only Dreamlist already has a higher profile currently than the old, multi-purpose Wishlist, due to being new and being promoted a fair bit recently.
I want this to be a thread people can use to highlight Wishes for GOG's website, Galaxy client, or services (new Wishes for which should go under whichever of the previous two sections is more relevant). The Movies section of the old Community Wishlist is apparently still operating...but then, the Games section seems to be, too, despite the Dreamlist having been live for months, and GOG adding a banner to the latter saying that it will be made read-only "soon". I wouldn't bother promoting entries in either of those sections at this point, let alone creating new wishes in them; GOG's attempt to sell movies is well and truly dead, and the Dreamlist has rendered the old Games Wishlist section mostly irrelevant for anything other than reference (like for manually "copying" votes over to the Dreamlist wherever GOG didn't).

One thing to keep in mind for newbies: You cannot remove a vote for a Wish! (This, thankfully, is not the case with the new Dreamlist.) So, maybe consider whether the wording of a particular Wish means the same thing as the idea in your head before you vote for it. ;)

To start off, I'll promote the Wish that was the reason that I wanted such a thread in the first place:
Allow users to see [and] change or remove their "helpful"/"unhelpful" votes on others' reviews

Also, even though I've never used Galaxy (and don't intend to), I'll mention a couple overlapping requests for [a] feature[s] that really should've been in the client a long time ago, if not from the beginning:
Select which DLCs you want before installing a game
Install Games Without DLC as default

(P.S.: It should go without saying, but in this thread, ignore trolls and argument/rage-bait, no politics, etc. Civil discussions are okay, but please try to avoid letting them get too far into the weeds, or going on for whole pages at a stretch.)

Ironically afew kinda sorta do have a ''Select which DLCs you want before installing a game''
''Install Games Without DLC as default''

Granted some in more roundabout ways others not so much ..Keep in mind I have not used Galaxy to do so for awhile so a update might have removed the option to just get the base game this way if one has the Dlcs but anyway

the majority of this is where one has to use the Galaxy offline install option and just install the base game offline installs to get the base game..

While other cases you need to download the whole game usually this is the like ''Game of the year'' and iother variantions of that added title where the dlcs are just integrated into the game install fully .. But I have noticed some of these have options to at least disable the integrated DLCs

Still would be nice not to have such added steps in either case if one wishs to just play the base game to start with

But ya I am all for the two you brought up
I'll start with my perennial classic:
Get rid of Galaxy.

I've explained at length on this very forum why I think this wish makes sense, but I suppose I can post a TLDR: I think it's a sinkhole of resources with no ROI.
-
Next up, an actual feature request: Editing our reviews.

The way GOG implemented reviews is primitive and backwards, at best. Not only do you have to scroll past two rows of irrelevant content but even looking at them is basically a dice roll. Allowing them to be edited to account for updates, changed minds/introspection, switching the stars for Yes/No/Beige, and having a segment on a user's account dedicated to all reviews, would be quite the improvement.
-
Also on the docket: Torrents. Decentralized data streams means better unattended downloading.
-
I would posit one of the forum improvement suggestions, but "new forum" would cover most of that; getting rid of reputation, thread/user ignore, better moderation, modern unicode support, et al.
-
And I'll pick last: Thanks, but no thanks! The ability to simply mark games off from being suggested or seen (this should be automatic for owned titles) so as to really frustrate the marketing gurus at GOG with our niche and obscure tastes.

Get rid of Galaxy.
Sorry, I could not find it, so I opened a similar one: Drop Galaxy, become a DRM-free store again.

This is unironically my single most wanted change on GOG. It has been since 2014.
