MikeMaximus: Turns out there was some confusion on my part, the support ticket was automatically flagged as waiting for reply. And either I didn't receive the follow-up email or didn't read it fully because i was distracted (probably the latter). Then I cleaned out my inbox at some point and lost access to the ticket.

I made a new ticket, replied to it as per the follow-up and it was already taken care of.
well i am glad to read it was fixed...

but i think i may have quoted the wrong post, i thought i was refering to the newly joined member that had problems, or maybe i also quoted him but i forgot ? |◔◡◉| . ?

Haha oops! Well hopefully the new member gets their problem taken care of as well.

Maybe some other people waiting will read this and realize like me that they need to reply if they received a follow up e-mail.

yup a big oops for me :D and the longer this current situation lasts, the more oopses may come :D
