Themken: Interference, sorry for forgetting to say that. Also keep speakers and such at least 150mm (6") away from your computer. A modem should not at all be able to affect the computers' hardware.
Ahh,okay will move but have limited space.Speaker is right beside pc,so I'll try and move it a bit. Moved speaker controller about six inches away from pc side.

The guys above me already gave you good advices. One more thing you should try is to install a much older driver, from like 2 years ago. Many times, older generations GPUs can get worse performance (and possibly bugs) with newer drivers.
Get the drivers from here. The oldest I can find there is 391.35 from March 27, 2018.
But you can find even older ones on www.guru3d.com/files-categories/videocards-nvidia-geforce-vista-|-7.html or googling.
Then remove your current drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and install the older drivers. Try a few different driver versions, if the problem isn't fixed on the first attempt.
Don't install the GeForce Experience crap. Choose custom install, select only the Graphics driver and tick the Perform a clean installation box. If everything is okay after that, install the PhysX system software. See the attached image.

Yes,thanks for that but no sign of problem at the moment so....I ain't touching nothing else at the moment.I don't know if Benchmark helped or moving the speaker controller did but I'm keeping fingers crossed it doesn't come back:) Get the drivers from here.
