What happens If I get a game and then it doesn't work on my PC? Idiscovered Gunship!, but the current reviews say it doesn't work on modern PC's. Will I get my money back If it doesn't work?

Yes, you will. If the game doesn't work, you need to issue a Support ticket, the team will contact you and eventually you will get a refund.
