kohlrak: I'm here for the DRM-free. Not sure what you're here for, but it sounds to me like you're here for achievements. I mean, if you want the achievements and such, you're asking for a system that encourages DRM ('cause such features rerquire tying a game to a system). Maybe you'd find yourself more at home on steam than here?
Yeah, I guess you missed the part about an exclusive mode also? Having parity of optional features has nothing to do with being for DRM-free or not. I guess I shouldn't expect much from someone with a profile portrait like yours. Kind of tells me everything that you're about here. Just another negativity spreader, and overall cancer on the forums most likely.

And I actually bought this game, so that should say I really don't care about achievements, but a lot of people do, since it's brought up here a lot.

But yea, I guess expecting, or asking for parity among features, especially optional ones that have nothing to do with something being DRM-free or not, means that I should probably take my business to Steam instead. I wonder what GOG would say? I guess I'll submit my cash refund request here, and re-buy the game on Steam. Maybe that community is a little less cancerous.

For all those who may be looking for this information: you can adjust the screen shaking in the options (via slider from 100% to 0%, i.e. switch it off). I don't have motion sickness, but sometimes the screen shaking bothers me to enjoy the game - that's why I looked for this information before buying the game, but couldn't really find anything about it.
Now that i own the game i was very happy to find this option - and happy to share this (minor) information. :-)

Nope, saw it. I also saw that it was temporarily so. Could be permanent, which would be ground to complain about DRMed content, to an extent, but i'm a bit more focused on the fact you chose to complain about achievements first and then bash people for concern about DRM, when presumably the whole reason to shop GOG is to go DRM-free.

Projection, much? You're complaining about achievements first and foremost.

Oh, a hypocrite. So why did you post the rant? Oh, i guess i'll take a guess below.

And yet I didn't buy it, 'cause it's not my style. But, hey, maybe steam'll actually make sense for you. I have a warning for you, though: people on steam'll disagree with you, too. Makes more sense to focus on products where you judge the company for it's practices, not for the users. That said, you never did answer my question on why you're here, so i'm going to go out on a limb to say that it's for the community, and, presumably, easy achievement competition. Why else would it've been such a big deal for you to complain about that over DRM and bash other users for it?

nightcraw1er.488: Having played it, I can assure you that it is virtually bug free, is a full complete game, matches expectations and description, doesn’t come with DRM’d content etc. In fact it’s not a bad game at all, very much totally the opposite to cyberpunk.

TomNuke: Cyberpunk 2077 wasn't a bad game at all either. Far from it, in fact. Bad games don't have Metacritc scores of 85 based on 90 cirtic reviews.

But let's continue to whine about some "DRM'd" Galaxy content that doesn't even fit within the game. Imagine whining non-stop since the game released about in-game cosmetics that provide no benefit at all. GOG Galaxy shirt, Witcher Jacket? Are these items anyone would actually use on their character at all? Please...

I'd rather have that than the situation we have here with Huntdown. Achievements on Steam, but no GOG. Why? The Steam version of Huntdown even has an exclusive gamemode. It's a temporary exclusive, but still, and who knows if it will ever get put into the GOG version after the fact.

But let's whine more about a few minor and totally irrelevant cosmetics in Cyberpunk that don't even fit within the game, and are only there to help GOG visibilty as a store and service, which is better for all of us here.

LOL, what an f'ing joke some of you negativity spreaders are.

Cyberpunk is a dreadful product, this has been shown over and over, at every level, bugs, broken systems. Not to mention lies from the developer, those 85% metacritic scores having been brought and paid for. Ignoring support for users, removed from certain stores because it is so bad. Includes DRM content on a DRM free store. Was built specifically and only for the online only microtransaction lootbox market. The only achievement you will find is Stockholm syndrome, which you apparently have. Cyberpunk is awful, even if they patch everything, it will still be below average. The company who made it have shown their true colours.
Does the GoG version have this exclusive content?

Dogmaus: But, Anna Conda? Really? *facepalm*
avatar
Kerebron: What's the problem with the name? :|

Most probably she's a daughter of Max Damage and Die Anna. :P
There's no problem with the name, on the contrary actually - it's pretty legit. Back in our college days we had a friend Anna and we used to call her that way. Pronunciation of Conda sounds awfully close to kunda, which literally means pussy! Yep, I said it and would reckon that it's quite obvious as of why we called her that way. Nobody really asked for this kind of trivia for tonight, but that's the standard in such "free for all" deathmatch threads anyway.
I'm blessed that more and more developers finally made genesis/snes type pixel count games. Also this game remind me of Demolition Man Genesis game but with more color and more weapon. I hope this trend continues.
