The store says I haven't bought the individual games but still says I own the bundle. I pre-ordered this bundle. What changed that these games have suddenly vanished from my library?

Just checked and mine are gone too. I had the same as you. Got the bundle, not the individual games. Don't know what's up. Gonna have to contact support about it.

I suspect that gog staff have touched something when they have disabled dinamic bundles this week. Tomorrow is back to work so maybe they solve it.

To those missing the games, are you sure you bought them with your current account, and not with your alt accounts?

None. No Resident Evil entries at all. I originally had 3 individual entries but now nothing.

Checked my Library and the Resident Evil games are still present.

Maybe the REmakes are incoming?
...probably not, but I do hope this gets resolved soon for you, the games are still in my library.

They are still there for me .. Are you sure its not a case of alt account matters going on? Asking as that seems to be the most common thing that happens for people with games and people not seeing them on Gog anymore is another account that or using a key/code from another site .. granted sometimes its Gog at fault

And while I can't speak for everyone for me aside from afew odd cases where a game gets a updated name or a new edition update that gog gives users for free I never have had a missing game.. Closest to a missing game I have had is Gog being slow to update the game list of games I now own from a afew minutes to a day or so .. When a refresh of the game list page doesn't work after clearing the cache

Pretty sure both darthspudius & BenKii, longtime users of this site and pretty sharp-minded individuals to boot haven't made a mistake and is confusing their accounts (if they even have more than one).

Besides, they still see their bundle listing/order, just not the individual games.

EDIT: Sometimes library errors/changes don't hit the entirety of the user database all at once. Remember when they deleted the old Arena & Daggerfall entries in people's accounts? That took place over a week at least, with some users having the items deleted days after others. Probably due to something like account refresh cycles or something.

So stay tuned - you may not see it happen to you now, but you might see it soon.

Still got my games in my library? Maybe GOG is getting other Resident Evil games here?

Hey darthspudius, I was about to contact support about the missed RE games but then remembered to try the refresh link first to see if it showed back up.

Sure enough, they showed right back up. Crisis averted, hope has been restored.

Maybe this has something to do with GOG's newly introduces bundles? I'm thinking that it has something to do with people purchasing the RE bundle and not the games separately.

I'm having the same issue but with the Star Wars bundles.

I noticed something like that too, but I don't own the Resident Evil games.

Last friday, my game count in my library was at 255. A few hours later, I went to my library again, and now it was at 253. I haven't managed to figure out which game(s) were affected though. But its not that great of an experience to see your game count decrease out of the blue.
