This one isn't quite as hilarious as HunchBluntley's, though I do like the title much more :D And the characters' names.

That wouldn't be surprising but it would make sense from a business perspective if it works, they save a lot of money on writers.

I tried a completely randomized (again, apart from "my" name) letter of resignation, but apart from the final line, it's not very interesting.

I also found out they have <i>another</i> "generator" site, but it's a work in progress, so is apparently pretty limited right now. I didn't test this one out. =P

Interesting...his link worked for me at the time, but when I reloaded the page just now, it was invalid. I'm guessing the "generic" link only works while the "author" still has the page up, or something.

Anyway, I took a screenshot before I reloaded that page, so now "The Drizzle that Rained like Sitting Monkeys" can live on forever. : )

There was some sort of a 'publish' button for me when I did that resignation letter. It's got permalink, anyway -- if the title is in the URL, you should be golden.

It's a pity they have the same structure so even if it's going to be enjoyable for a while (or if one waits a few weeks and forgets about it), the potential would have been far better if more things were variables.

Speaking of this generator, I listened to a radio program a year ago or so and they were discussing personalities and consciousness. One person there mentioned that someone had made a Descartes twitter account by creating a personality algorithm that analysed data based upon his work that made that account shouting daily twitter news as if they were written by Descartes. I tried googling about it but I couldn't find it. Anyone here that knows about it? Either a feed that posts automatically as if they are done by a famous person (preferably with choice!) or the software itself.
