The lead dev on the Saints Row 2 Remastered patch and also creator of Gentlemen of the Row and Gentlemen of Steelport mods IdolNinja is formally stepping down from his roll as Volition's Community Developer. As some of you may know he was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago and although it briefly went into remission its returned and is now terminal. He has released a statement says he will of his own choosing continue to work on the project until he is unable and that a contingency plan is in place to guarantee the project is finished. I personal would like to wish him the best in what time he has left and an certain the final complete PC version of Saints Row 2 will be excellent thanks to his hard work and dedicated support to the series, few fans go the lengths he did to get that game working before the remastered project began.
