Can't because of G2A's tos. I'm just an idiot and didn't pay attention to where it could be redeemed so can't refund.

G2A is not associated with GOG. Only GOG sell GOG codes.
So if you try to redeem the code, it will soon be revoked.
Contact G2A for a refund.

No, some games have retail codes (boxed) that can be redeemed.
GOG doesn't revoke a TW3 code just because you've bought the boxed version (or in this case: a website sells that code without the box itself).

That said, I've never seen boxed versions of the expansions, and I'm pretty sure there's no such thing as a retail "expansion pass" (season pass?)
