Have you installed the game through Galaxy or offline installer from site? Check here maybe you find something.

Find the executable. Right click drag it somewhere. Follow instructions in context menu. Mazeltov.

Please note: Windows shortcuts are themselves a shortcut and are no replacement for symlinks or hard links.
